Nutritious Popsicles!

I was making a smoothie today and decided to do some 'healthy' popsicles for the kids. I blended together a banana, some frozen mixed berries and soymilk. I poured it into the popsicle trays, and tomorrow we'll see how they go over! I think next time i'll add some greens to it to make it even more nutritious - I don't think they'll notice. Sometimes it's about getting creative with things you may already do, to make them kid friendly.
