Ok, so this one was an idea from another mum & patient. Cut a banana into slices and put a dallop of peanut butter (all natural) or almond butter on each slice and top with a single raisin. Takes a little bit of work but it looks great and the kids gobbled up about 3 bananas between them. This is a great mid-afternoon snack when their energy is crashing - high in potassium, magnesium and protein!
